The Fourth Wall

Yeah. I know the framing was off a lot, and that was completely my fault. I was very negligent about how many of the shots came out. The audio could be better but I only have a shotgun mic and nothing to protect it from the wind leaving me vulnerable at certain angles. I will do anything I can to make my next show more exciting and visually appealing next time, thanks for the feedback!

Haha. You guys. This was fun. I think you dudes liked spitting out your fake blood (pink fizzy red stuff?) too much. That wasn't as fun to watch as you might've thought it was?
I enjoyed the premise, though. This probably would've benefitted from moving the story off that pink wall. Your whole show took place while your characters stood in the same spot. Watch an episode of Fishbowls or Skateboard Cop and see how much they move around to different locations and keep things moving. A fun Channel 101 show goes places.
The flashbacks were neat but seemed too long, right?
I can tell that your actors are your friends and maybe they don't really enjoy acting all that much. That's okay, we don't all know professional actors, but find people who are going to have fun with it. A good way to get more interesting performances is to give your actors some more interesting choices to make. Develop a character. Get some fun wardrobe and try to get them to play someone other than themselves.
Also some of your framing was weird. Indy Mogul is a great resource with tutorial videos on how to make better movies with no real budget and this one is about framing and you should watch it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9x_BkNSxeus
There's also a good audio tutorial somewhere on there. Check it all out.
These are just some ideas to try something different. Looking forward to your next show.
