I was on the panel for submissions this month so hopefully I can give you some better insight into what we were looking for.
Firstly, congratulations on doing so much of this on your own. Definitely not easy.
Here are some notes that I hope help! One note I'd say is try and get greater consistency in your audio recording. Some voices sound far away, some have background noise, and some are echoing. Totally understand that not everyone has fancy equipment or a booth but maybe just having everyone the same distance away from the mic while recording in a closet might help!
Secondly, I would recommend having everything in this show go a little bit faster. Faster scenes, faster cuts between scenes, faster transitions, etc. With panel, since we see 75 submissions a night, we are looking to get hooked onto a story within the first minute or two. So the faster you can get to the conflict and the jokes, the better!
Overall, great job and keep animating and submitting!
